WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Since everything we sell is handmade to order, all sales are final! We are not responsible for discoloration due to wear. Of course if there is any issue upon receipt of item, please contact us.
HELP! I'VE ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE!
To avoid sizing issues please use the bracelet sizing guide on the main page. (Note- necklaces are one size fits most.) If your jewelry does need to be resized there is a $10 fee in addition to a $5 reshipment fee.
I CAN'T FIND WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR!
Due to the custom nature of orders, we don't list every piece we make on our site. Please reach out to us and we'd be happy to make it for you (as long as we still have materials available!)
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please note that all of our products are handmade to order. Every item has a different lead times based on customization. Approximate processing time 1-2 weeks. We will reach out if lead time is longer. *Note: Processing time does not include shipment time.
WHICH SHIPPING OPTION SHOULD I CHOOSE?
We offer two different options for US Shipping. One is USPS First Class mail ($5) and the other is UPS ($10.) We provide you with the tracking number but are not responsible for any delays once an item has been shipped. If you are a purchasing outside of the United States, you are responsible for any custom's fees. We are not responsible for customs delays.
